Playful Mind offers small puzzle and memory games, free to play. We may add, change, or remove games and features over time. The Service is for entertainment and casual mental exercise — it is not a medical, diagnostic, or cognitive-health product, and makes no health claims.
Use the Service for personal, lawful purposes only. Do not attempt to disrupt, abuse, reverse-engineer, automate, or exploit the Service, tamper with scores or progress, or interfere with other players’ use.
Access is tied to your Telegram account. You are responsible for activity that happens through it.
The games, artwork, text, sounds, and other content of the Service are owned by Playful Mind and are protected by law. You may not copy, redistribute, or create derivative works from them without permission.
The Service is free. If optional items are offered via Telegram Stars, they are for in-app comfort or cosmetic use only, have no real-money value, cannot be withdrawn or exchanged for cash, and are non-refundable except where required by law or by Telegram’s own rules. Payments are processed by Telegram.
The Service is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or incidental damages arising from your use of the Service.
We may update the Service or these terms. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
